“Building Trusting Relationships in Work and Life”
Irene Rossman consults one-on-one with clients going through career transition, works with individuals on career development issues, teaches classes, and facilitates workshops on job-related topics. She assists clients in dealing with the emotional components of job loss, facilitates individual career exploration, and uses various tools including career assessment and professional branding to enhance the career transition process. She specializes in resume development and acts as a resource to both clients and staff on resume issues.

Ms. Rossman has been with CPI Twin Cities, formerly Personnel Decisions International, for 22 years. She holds a teaching degree from the University of North Dakota and a Master’s Degree in Counseling/Psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Irene received the PDI Chairman Award in 2005 in recognition of exemplary contributions to the company. She was President of the Minnesota Career Development Association in 2009-2010 and is Past President in 2010-2011 and an active Board of Trustees Member.
Irene is an avid movie enthusiast and enjoys planning and hosting parties, traveling, and cooking.
