Risë has more than 20 years of experience in career management and employee and organizational development. She began her career as an educator and then worked in training product design, program management, and sales and marketing for a Fortune 100 corporation. In addition to independent HR consulting, she worked for Personnel Decisions International. Her expertise is applied within diverse industries—coaching, training and developing entry level to executive clients.

Risë holds a Masters of Arts Degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota with an emphasis on Individual and Organizational Psychology. She is also a Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.

Risë serves as a volunteer image consultant for the nonprofit organization, Ready For Success. She is passionate about learning, travel, healthy living, family and friends.
