Tamara currently leads the assessment practice for Career Partners International, Twin Cities. She is an engaging client coach and co-manages the CPI Executive Forum. Her background includes employment as a Career Management Consultant, Leadership/Management Development Consultant, Assessment Specialist, Family Business Consultant, Therapist/ Career Counselor and Human Resources Generalist within consulting, industry and nonprofit organizations.
Tamara is a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota. She earned a Master of Science degree in Psychology from St. Louis University and has completed considerable postgraduate education in Organizational Psychology. She has been trained in the use of a wide variety of assessment tools and is a member of the Minnesota Career Development Association.
