CPI Twin Cities CareerPerspectives Model™ for Career Development
The CareerPerspectives™ Program is delivered in a series of five consecutive modules dealing with personal career development and planning:
Reflect - Build your plan and self-manage your career through self-discovery.
Prepare - Focus on developing goals and plans consistent with self-discovery.
Implement – Identify and develop resources for career management and to implement strategies.
Motivate – Sustain your energy and visibility.
Dedicate – Actions that will support career management.
