CPI Expands New Horizons Program

Career Partners International has expanded its popular New Horizons programs. The New Horizons programs assist individuals (usually age 50 and older) and ideally their spouses/partners in developing plans for achieving an active and secure future for the next stages of their lives.

Employers who offer these programs can empower their organizations with greater flexibility to respond to challenges of the economy, competition and globalization. Enabling mature workers to map their life options can serve as a strategic springboard to highly profitable, unconventional future relationships with them. The dramatic changes in our economy and society have significantly increased stress and employee anxiety.  Employees and families who develop effective later life plans feel more secure in their futures, resulting in improved productivity and morale.

CPI is committed to helping individuals successfully make the transition from traditional careers to the many opportunities available to them in their futures. New Horizons programs help individuals effectively plan for the future, whether they have several years left in their current careers or are planning to make near-term changes.
With a focus on retirement planning, future career/work objectives, lifestyle planning, wellness, financial planning, relationships and other agendas related to identifying and achieving future goals, the New Horizons programs have previously been provided primarily in group workshops by employers for their employees. Individual programs also are now available and can be provided by an employer to select individuals, or by individual enrollment through a local CPI office. Spouses and partners are encouraged to participate in New Horizons programs. For more information about New Horizons, see:
