Patricia Berg has spent the past 25 years of her career coaching leaders who are making transitions either within or outside their organizations – on-boarding to new positions, transitioning to new leadership roles, or leaving a position or organization.

Tamara Tasche, M.S., L.P., has provided coaching to a wide range of individuals, including CEOs, senior vice presidents, middle managers, and professionals. She has worked with closely-held and owner-managed companies as well as publicly owned Fortune 100 companies.  

Debra Magnuson, M.A., CPCC, has spent the past 25 years experience in training and development, sales education, executive coaching and global leadership development for organizations of all sizes, from Fortune 50 Companies to mid-size and small businesses.  

Risë Kasmirski, M.A., has over 20 years of coaching experience and is widely acknowledged for her passion, insight and commitment to the unique needs of her clients. She has developed expertise in human resources consulting, executive coaching and career development.
