She has coached and trained and taught more than 250,000 clients to be found online by leveraging the power of LinkedIn. She also trains sales, marketing, and HR teams on how to best use LinkedIn for employee employer branding, sales, and recruitment.
As a former executive with Carlson, Lifetouch, Valleyfair, and Mall of America, Anne has led Innovation, Wellness, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships and Licensing divisions. She specialized in creating new and innovative solutions and products for companies to connect employees and employers, which have been proven to increase employee engagement and productivity. Anne was the first Minnesota employee hired on the Knott’s Camp Snoopy Mall of America project, where she had the privilege of giving the first park tour to PEANUTS creator Charles Schultz.
Anne is a certified Reach 360 and Online Brand Strategist and Forward Progress Online Sales. She holds a Master of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from SMSU. Anne lives a Portfolio Career life, as an Online Strategist, Career Coach, Speaker, Jewelry Designer, and certified Nordic walking instructor. Anne is the recipient of the Alumni of the Year Award at SMSU.
