Claire Giancola-Belmares is a Certified Career Consultant with CPI Twin Cities, where she is an outplacement coach and talent management consultant. Claire is a seasoned leader in Human Resources, specializing in human capital acquisition and leading transformational change at the individual or enterprise level to bring out the potential in everyone. She is recognized as a collaborative problem solver and valued business partner. Whether advising executives on complex issues or supporting employees in working through concerns, she listens first, builds relationships that are rooted in mutual respect, and delivers on commitments.
Claire has been exposed to all facets of human resources, talent acquisition, talent management, and HR operations. She has a diverse background in building dynamic teams, strategic workforce planning, developing market/function DEIB specific sourcing strategies, HR technology implementation and optimization, digital and social media recruitment marketing, as well as greenfield start-ups.
Claire started her coaching and consulting firm, True North Talent, after 20+ years inside large organizations in a variety of industries. She has held roles in numerous Fortune 500 organizations, including Regis Corporation, CHS Inc., Thomson Reuters, Target, BostonScientific, Medtronic, and more.
Claire earned her MBA at Bethel University and her BS-HR Management at Metropolitan State University and holds certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Change Management, DiSC, Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belts, Diversity Recruitment Strategies, and numerous recruitment certifications. Claire is a certified Narrative Coach Practitioner through Learning Journey’s International and is actively pursuing credentialing through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In addition to her full-time endeavors, Claire is a member of ICF-MN and Co-Chair of the Professional Development Committee focusing on providing development curriculum leading to the advancement of coaches. Additionally, she holds an advisory board seat with the Business Services and DEIB committees of the Dakota/Scott County Workforce Development & Investment Board, volunteers with the Armed Forces Service Center and other non-profit organizations, supporting military and law enforcement communities.
