Jill deftly facilitates strategic planning and culture alignment for senior leadership teams. She is a skilled conference presenter at national and global events on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and career planning & transition. She teaches and provides executive coaching through the Carlson School of Management Executive Education programs. Jill is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of St. Thomas, teaching a Leadership course in the Master of Science in Health Care Innovation program.
Jill is a credentialed executive coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and has numerous assessment certifications in leadership, strengths, values, 360 feedback, and learning agility, as well as action learning design and facilitation. Over the years, she has been certified to facilitate numerous assessments and programs, including Hogan/360, EQ-i 2.0/360, Profilor, DDI, Lominger/Korn Ferry, Franklin Covey, and Linkage. Jill earned Bachelors’ degrees in Communication and German from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, and earned a Master’s degree in Communication from Bethel University with an emphasis in Conflict Resolution and Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
