Education and Credentials
Susan earned a Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota. She obtained her coaching certification through Personnel Decisions International. As a guest speaker, she delivers presentations on the topics of “What Do Global Leaders Need,” “Linking Talent and Strategy,” “The New Face of Leadership Derailment,” “Implementing HR Initiatives in Global Companies,” and “How Emerging Companies Compete with the Global 100: New Knowledge for the New Marketplace.” Susan was the primary author of The Successful Executive’s Handbook and The Successful Manager’s Handbook, published by Personnel Decisions International.
