Steve has over twenty years of experience in commissioned, executive, and technical recruitment and has performed direct and contract recruitment and HR generalist services for Fortune 500 corporations such as US Bank, Wells Fargo, Medtronic, GE Capital, and American Express Financial Services. Steve has Fortune 100 leadership/management experience with Unisys, PepsiCo (Frito Lay), The Disney Stores, and Macy’s ( Dayton Hudson Corp). Steve started hi own consulting services in 2010 as “Diamond In The Rough Recruitment”
Over his long and successful career, Steve has sourced and placed over 1,000 people in jobs in Minnesota and across the country. Steve has been a tenured board member of TCSHRM and MNTRN-(metro MN-based human resource and recruiting networks) and LEHRN(Leading Edge Human Resource Network. Steve has spoken at HR and recruiting conferences on ageism in employment. Steve’s last employment contract was as a recruiter with Marvin Doors and Windows.
