Mary Stieber Reynhout is a diversely skilled career and leadership coach, educator, and facilitator with extensive experience leading training and professional development functions in corporate, nonprofit, and higher education environments. Mary’s corporate employment was in the finance and banking industry, global pharmaceuticals, and human resources consulting. She has developed and managed global diversity and inclusion education and led mentoring programs for high potential women and professionals of color.
Mary has assisted a wide range of clients with navigating life’s crossroads, charting a path forward, and accelerating goal achievement. She loves to engage in unconventional thinking and problem-solving in her work with individuals and organizations. As a consultant and coach, Mary has administered and interpreted assessments of managers and executives for purposes of selection, promotion, and development, including the Hogan Assessment Suite, CPI, EQ-i 2.0, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She leverages data and feedback to provide performance coaching and is an expert in preparing comprehensive assessment reports and leadership development plans.
Education and Credentials:
Mary has an MA in Counseling Psychology from the College of Education & Human Development at the University of Minnesota. She has served on the teaching faculty of St. Catherine University, and for many years, Mary has been active on nonprofit boards and in her faith community. One of Mary’s greatest joys is building relationships with individuals from Minnesota’s immigrant communities.
