Her background includes professional services in communication, consulting and engineering, high and low-tech manufacturing, and financial services. Maureen is President & CEO, and owner of Career Partners International, Twin Cities, a talent management consultancy.

Maureen holds a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Loyola University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Marquette University. She has extensive experience coaching and onboarding leaders and received her executive coaching certificate from the University of St. Thomas.
