Vivian Rank is a certified executive and leadership development coach with over two decades of progressive talent development and coaching expertise. Vivian’s coaching approach is based on positive psychology – what is right about the individual. She uses carefully curated tools and techniques. Vivian often uses two, scientifically-grounded assessments that bring value to her clients – the Clifton StrengthsFinder and the Hogan Suite Assessments. Each client and each situation are different, and Vivian identifies how and when assessments can help clients achieve desired outcomes.
Education and Credentials:
Vivian holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources and Change Leadership and a Certificate in Executive Coaching through the University of Saint Thomas in St. Paul, MN. She is certified through the International Coach Federation, an acclaimed coaching organization, as an Associated Certified Coach. Additionally, Vivian is Hogan Assessment certified, Gallup Strengths certified, and Shift Positive 360 certified.
