The foundation of CPI services is the support received through coaching relationships. For each engagement, we’ll assign a primary coach who will meet with you for regular sessions, starting with your orientation and outplacement needs assessment. In addition to your primary assigned career coach, you will have the opportunity to brainstorm and troubleshoot with additional CPI coaches for targeted areas, such as interview preparation, salary negotiation coaching and 1:1 Linked In coaching. Depending upon the need, we also offer coaching in board readiness, entrepreneurial work or developing a portfolio career.
