Patricia Berg is the CEO and owner of EXCELERATE, a Twin Cities based business serving for-profit and non-profit organizations and individuals seeking to change careers, pursue Board opportunities, and launch businesses. Prior to this, she was the owner and CEO of Career Partners International, Twin Cities. Throughout her career, she has served in leadership roles in Human Resources, Career Management, and as Board Member and President.
