Kristine has been the Director of Total Rewards and Human Resources Operations for the past 10 years at Bremer Bank and has served in similar roles for the past 35 years in companies such as Donaldson, Merrill Corporation, St. Paul Companies, Jostens, and MTS Systems. She has a Bachelors in Human Resources and MBA from the University of St. Thomas and also has Certified Compensation Professional and Certified Benefits Professional designations from World at Work.
