About the Presenter

Jill is skilled in relationship building and holding space for sensitive conversations. She will strategically work with individuals and groups to co-create improved outcomes and goal attainment resulting in measurable individual and organizational success. She brings over 30 years of experience as a career development practitioner,  organizational development specialist, trainer, and now as a life coach to inspire others to consciously design their careers and their lives as they discover their true potential. Her background also includes work in leadership development and senior college administration. 

Jill holds a belief in the power of deep self-introspection and taking informed action that is aligned with personal values, intentions, and empowered goals. She fosters a holistic and compassionate approach to her career and leadership coaching practice with a focus on personal and organizational well-being and employee engagement.

Education and Credentials

Jill’s educational background includes a master’s degree in Education and a bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, with concentrations in Organizational Development and Business Administration. She is a graduate of two life coaching organizations, including the Co-Active Training Institute and Learning Journey’s International where she obtained certification as a Narrative Life Coach.
